S'more please

& Thank you.
If you haven't heard of a S'more or never had the chance to eat one of these treats of the fat gods. Than you haven't lived. I think you should pull aside all of your plans & go out into the neck of the woods and set up camp. Start a fire and roast some marshmallows vegan/nonvegan melt some chocolate grab some gram crackers and start going at it. S'mores that is! Do it. You won't be sorry. Unless you hate the outdoors (which would be weird) Or you can bust a college move and melt some chocolate in your microwave ( that thing that heats up breakfast, lunch & dinner) roast marshmallows over your gas oven and steal gram crackers next time you visit your parents and or family members who actually have food in their homes, ha. Gather your roommates and enjoy some S'mores. Or if you aren't just into the whole working process of actually making everything and putting it together yourself. Call me up I'll whip you up some S'more cupcakes for $12 bucks a dozen. You won't be disappointed.

Peppermint Cupcakes

If the title didn't give it away than I don't know what else to say.
Peppermint Cupcakes are the best part of Fall/Winter season aside from pumpkin cupcakes, pie, cookies, drank and bread. duh. Mint chocolate cake with mint buttercream. The only thing that makes these look simple is the way I decided to decorate them. I didn't have mint leaves so deal with it. I did have red sprinkles but then it just reminded me of a candy cane and that reminded me of Christmas I hate Christmas. But I do like peppermint hot chocolate. and peppermint ice cream even though I can't eat it. Well, I can but I choose not to eat something that will do damage to my stomach later on in the day. I don't like stomach aches, no bueno.

Maple Cupcake (vegan)

Yeah, I wish I can say more than just maple. It sounds too plain. I know maple, maple... it doesn't even sound like it would taste good. "What are those?" "Maple Cupcakes" "Oh, yumm- wait what? Maple? That's interesting" "Yup."

All I got to say these only sound bad, but they are delicious. Its really hard to describe the taste of these cupcakes. It was not bad it was really good but what do you call something that I really good but you never tried in your life? I can't describe it or compare it to anything I have ever tried. Weird. Well, I guess this gives me a new taste to add to all my past taste, ha ha. I don't even know what I am talking about now. I hate updating through my phone, because I just do. Alright I'm done with this post.

Strawberry Lemonade Cupcakes (Vegan)

To make up for the lack of posting about cupcakes this week I decided to try out a new recipe, I invented. Strawberry Lemonade Cupcakes, yeah you heard right. Strawberries & lemonade, yum! You bet your ass these cupcakes where very delicious. Actually, It wasn't all me who invented it. I just came up with the recipe while my nine year old sister had told me how she wished strawberry lemonade was a cupcake. She asked about strawberry lemonade cupcakes, if it were possible. I pretend like I knew and said "Yes, it is!" But really I had no idea. I mean really? can it be possibly can one create an awesome drink and transform it to an even awesomer version of a cupcake? yes. its possible.Strawberry lemonade by its self just sounds amazing. But, Strawberry Lemonade Cupcake style = perfection. These ruled. The cake was lemon I guess the whole lemonade concept is a contrast of sweet&sour that satisfy the taste buds. So, with the lemon giving it the "sour" while the strawberries give it the "sweet" these pretty little things had a blast full of flavor. I think it gave it that taste of strawberry lemonade drink cupcake style. Whatever that means. Cake: lemon, Frosting: Lemon buttercream, Strawberries soaked in pure maple syrup for a while before being put to work. Outcome: 10. Well, now you can just stare & drool at the pictures, while I work on the order form page!
