Rootbeer Float Cupcake(vegan)

you can have your ice cream & soda, i'll have mine in cupcake form. What to say....uuuh like the soda you either love it or hate it. This cupcake gives you the same option sweet huh? Yeah. I also made these for Cali Love Fest II not many people were very daring to buy one & try it. Those who did enjoyed it. :)
