Well, new year. No cupcake pictures to prove I made a that said cupcake, so I did? No one knows. I will keep it at that.

Anyways, that day when everyone thinks they have to be in love, in a relationship, or have a partner is coming up, yes Feb. 14th the day people dread the day people look forward to all year long.

I personally can care less about what ever day it is, well, unless its Halloween or Dia De Los Muertos, or baking up cupcakes count me in, but Valentines Day? Not a fan of.

So, with that being said, go ahead and order some cupcakes made by yours truly let me make your day special as you make mine by ordering and I will be happy baking for YOU! Whether you have a valentine or if you're alone cupcakes with another or without are perfect for the stomach! And don't get so cry baby on me about not having a valentine because I just want to BAKE CUPCAKES! :)

Its been such a long time since I've updated this. I apologize to anyone who actually cares enough to read this.
Anyways, I can't believe I slack so much on this. I've been getting orders in like crazy and I am not complaining. The only thing keeping me from giving up on everything I had planned out for my future is getting orders, great feedback, and new customers. Which I have to say I enjoy all three. Well, lets get the bad news out of the way I haven't really had the chance to actually get in the kitchen and sit there ( well, I can't really sit in my kitchen, if you've been to my house you'd understand why) and think of what should I try out next or what flavors would be weird yet tasty. I did make a mango meyer lemon cake and it was okay, not the best combo. I think the mangoes I used were to bitter. :( I'll try again. And so new recipes are not here. yet. That doesn't mean I won't ever try. I will soon, just not now unless someone recommends something crazy. Like I still need to work on this 'jelly filled do n0t cupcake' (doughnut) and I might do that this Friday or maybe next week. Anyways, the point of this update is to introduce HoliYAY cupcakes!

Couch Potatoes get stoked!

Now you can have your usual couch potato snacks all in one single cup and you don't even have to get up to grab more chips or more sweets its all right there in that sweet individual cake cup like snack. Yeah, I answered your prayers, and I am the queen lord of cupcakes and everything you ever imagined, but how I hate the stage potatoes at shows I hate a couch potato more....so don't ask me to marry you if this is your cupcake....or if you're a stage potato
I didn't actually come up with this idea at all. It was not my original idea so I should not and do not want to take credit for it, But I did come up with the veganized cupcake instead of a 'traditional' cupcake. So, if you want to give me credit for that I'll take it. :) I found this recipe while surfing the net, yeah, I like to look at blogs, cupcakes, recipes, and cupcake related things online, judge me. I was excited and surprise to come across this recipe, I don't remember where I found it or how I found it I just did. So, I can't direct you or point you in the direction of the creator, sorry. I apologize. I can however give you this picture and the cupcake itself.
First of all, I know this isn't the best combination and I know this isn't the best option. I just thought it was a fun recipe and idea to test out. Of course I'm not going to say hey eat one of these all day everyday fucker and get sick. I might say try one so you know how the flavors combine. Sweet, salty, and such a weird combination. I think this cupcake is really whole love it or hate it cupcake. Its not a cupcake everyone will enjoy. I know that. If you bite into it and realize that this was the missing piece to your life puzzle then you're welcome, but if you bite into it and want to immediately want to split it out then at least you tried it. And you can still brag to your girlfriend/boyfriend, friends, people you meet, and your family members about how you tried a potato chip cupcake once...and it was even vegan...

I get crazy ideas and I get loads of influence when I am blogging, walking, sitting, sleeping, eating, window shopping, and webbing it. I am pretty stoked on some new recipes I have came across and some recipes that just floated into my head as I looked around at cupcakes and cupcake decorating tools. Whether I'm at the store or at home or even day dreaming in class I have new recipes on my mind, weird? Probably, but I don't care. I thought a lot about a few that will be mentioned and I have seen a few that I would love to veganized and try out. Soon, if not now. I hate that I can't just go out to the store and buy what I think I might need, because I'm broke. I will make them soon and I'm sure they will be a hit. At least thats what I'm hoping for... So the new flavors that I will be adding to the list of flavors already made and blogged about are listed below

wait, how did I forget!
The other night which was possibly last week I had made my friends of VULGAR last show cupcakes I got the idea from another friend who text me "Jan make Vulgar cupcakes" at first I was like vulgar cupcakes, gross, okay. But then I realized he was talking about the band. ha ha. So, I decided fuck it sounds awesome and it would probably be the talk of the night, I don't know if it was. It probably wasn't. But they came out pretty fucking rad. I thought so. I don't usually do this type of decorating because my skillz suck duh look at the last post, haha. But I was down to do it anyways...Here they are. I was also listening to minor threat while I was destroying in the kitchen so yeah, that's how that rad cupcake got in there...btw I hate iphone pictures soooooo much I miss my old phone soooo much. :(

Sound and fury + cupcakes =

best idea ever.
I baked up four dozens of cupcakes and sold them all. Sweet business, sweet news. Sound and fury was great. Even if the day ended pretty fast it was all worth while staying up late to bake four dozens of cupcakes in my kitchen and have them ready for the final day of SAF. I was glad I pulled it off and I was glad to be there. I priced them at $1 each and they were all gone by the time the fourth band played. It was quite awesome. I seen my friends from up north, down south, out east, and midwest. It ruled. I was glad to be there. I also seen some friends from Fresno, ha ha. Sweet? duh. Always. I got to see beartrap play their set which was cool, but I wish the kevins were there to hang out with. Cool dudes. Oh well, maybe next time. I at least got to see the set and witness Beautiful People cover which ruled. Anyways, The cupcakes at the fest was a success, next year? I hope. I have big plans for it to happen and I just hope my friends bands play so I can have a spot on a merch table again. I need more patches to be made and more buttons maybe I will have shirts by then? We'll see. Maybe I will get my own table and get to sell cupcakes and cookies, that would rule. I would be content. But I'm excited for now and planning tons of things in my head even if I don't have a spot I will still sell them outside in the parking lot. 'cause thats how I roll.

Old School Cupcakes (Vegan)

Or whatever you want to call them. I think old school gives it a touch a little BAM! don't you think? Well, if you don't then whatever I don't care. I like the name Old School Cupcakes. Remember these cupcakes? like chuck taylors they come in pairs. They ruled whenever I had one as a kid. I haven't had, I guess you can say, the "real" store cupcake in years. I seen them at stores with their pretty in orange, yellow & whatever else color they come in. But I just never really cared to buy one. I mean seriously why buy some that contain beef fat or some other crazy distinguishing shit when I can just make my own. Vegan Style. Plus, homemade is always better in cupcakes, gifts, food, Mixtapes, Mix cds, friendship bracelets & baked goods form. C'mon you know its true. So, before I start going off subject like always These cupcakes had everything from what I remember the real ones have. You got your chocolate cake, Creme filling, chocolate ganache & that sweet little cool swirl on top. I know mine suck, but give me a damn break it was my first time ever trying this recipe out. I think it was a success! I took this dozen along with a dozen of funfetti (my favorite) to a show that happened a couple of hours ago. Sold them all! Wuttt. Nights like these rule. You know what else rules? Babes. I think this cupcake really brought the old school tonight. I went to a show and felt like I was 14 again the different vibe, people, smell and company made it all feel that way. I seen a really old friend I haven't seen in literally years. I also seen a few old faces I haven't seen in years as well, not friends just faces. These cupcakes really do bring back the old times. Crazy. Anyways, these were a hit. I think these might be the next Peanut Butter bombs everyone gets crazy about? I don't know. You tell me. I left home with two dozens of cupcakes and came back home with two. These were everything you expect from a cupcake: Moist, Super Cute, fun to look at & Yummy, duh!p.s I had camera all along? I mean really did I forget? nah, I was just too lazy to care to look for it. Aren't these pictures fancy?

Blueberry Lemon Creme Cupcakes (vegan)

So, another sunny day which wasn't bad. But, made me think of Summer and when I think of Summer I think of a good cupcake recipe to try out. Plus, we kind of had blueberries in the freezer. I wanted to use them before they went bad, like most food we have in there.ha ha. Speaking of Summer, I had the best Summer this year, well all my Summers are pretty sweet, but this one might have topped most of them. No job, moving back to Fresno, & catching up with old friends & meeting new friends. From as far as I remember every time I laughed until it hurt more than once was during Summer. This cupcake made me think back to past Summers I had, it made me think of past friends I shared them with, some I miss and some I could care less where they are at now. But most of all it was Summer. This cupcake recipe rules 'nough said. Lemon, berries & summertime feeling. It also reminds me of the kool-aid flavor ice blue raspberry lemonade, yeah I know not blueberries, but close enough. Still I love that flavor. Anyways back to the damn cupcake. It was everything you want from a cupcake. It looks awesome, its considered a tall cake, it made me want more than just one, the berries & lemon were really fresh and the cake was moist and delicious. C'mon you know your mouth is watering.
