Update

I haven't updated this thing since MAY?! Holy mother of all cupcakes! I don't know why it took me this long to update this blog, I know why though I got my hands on the new iphone 4 and I've been pretty busy updating other things, pretty whack! I apologize.

Since I am up baking some goodies for a sweet 16 this Saturday, yeah no big deal, and its 4:50am and I'm jammin' Mariah Carey, annoying my roommate, I decided right now it will be a good time to update this thing!
Well, where do I start? I haven't stopped baking I just got a new toy, woman-child. Anyways, I won't waste anymore time I'll just fill the rest of this entry out with pictures and a description of what has been done these past few months!

Win Win Situation Cupcake aka (un)frozen banana cupcake

I have a cool, weird, tasty, nice combination cupcake to share.

Remember that cool trip to Santa Cruz Boardwalk and all that carnival food you swear you have to have, but instantly regret it when the cashier tells you "okay that'll be 10.98" and all you get is a damn supposedly foot long corndog and its like short of a foot and ends up going to waste after you ride that crazy roller coaster? Well, this cupcake is nothing like that trip. Instead its like that frozen banana pop you really wanted to spend your $20 on but just bet your friend you could eat that foot long corn dog in 80 seconds and well, you lost a bet and your corn dog, but don't worry with this cupcake you win...

Can one add peanuts? sure.
How about no peanuts? sure.

stick them in the freezer for about an hour and its frozen or keep them at room temp and its not. Whatever you choose it won't be a bad choice.
its a 'win win situation cupcake' its all up to you how you choose to eat it and you will be glad you went with your choice ;)

Mo' cupcakes mo' muffies....

First of all let me say these two things only took me like less than two hours in the kitchen. Maybe I was too excited to try this out? or maybe I was just too excited on going into work at nine than at seven so as soon as my class let out I came home and ran into the kitchen and started. First batch of 'doughnut cupcakes' failed, this second batch, well, I don't know they look okay, I haven't actually tried them yet, so I'll have to come with another update....later. Red Velvet muffies? do I even have to explain. PERFECT. NAILED IT. AWESOME. AMAZING.

Hi!

Well, new year. No cupcake pictures to prove I made a that said cupcake, so I did? No one knows. I will keep it at that.

Anyways, that day when everyone thinks they have to be in love, in a relationship, or have a partner is coming up, yes Feb. 14th the day people dread the day people look forward to all year long.

I personally can care less about what ever day it is, well, unless its Halloween or Dia De Los Muertos, or baking up cupcakes count me in, but Valentines Day? Not a fan of.

So, with that being said, go ahead and order some cupcakes made by yours truly let me make your day special as you make mine by ordering and I will be happy baking for YOU! Whether you have a valentine or if you're alone cupcakes with another or without are perfect for the stomach! And don't get so cry baby on me about not having a valentine because I just want to BAKE CUPCAKES! :)
