Well, new year. No cupcake pictures to prove I made a that said cupcake, so I did? No one knows. I will keep it at that.

Anyways, that day when everyone thinks they have to be in love, in a relationship, or have a partner is coming up, yes Feb. 14th the day people dread the day people look forward to all year long.

I personally can care less about what ever day it is, well, unless its Halloween or Dia De Los Muertos, or baking up cupcakes count me in, but Valentines Day? Not a fan of.

So, with that being said, go ahead and order some cupcakes made by yours truly let me make your day special as you make mine by ordering and I will be happy baking for YOU! Whether you have a valentine or if you're alone cupcakes with another or without are perfect for the stomach! And don't get so cry baby on me about not having a valentine because I just want to BAKE CUPCAKES! :)

no cupcake pictures, but updating never hurt.
Last minute orders area always fun. Being in the kitchen with a itchy throat isn't and whats worst having to cancel orders because of it, I lose. I haven't been feeling too good lately don't ask why maybe because my awesome job is coming to an end? Maybe because I might be moving out of Fresno and not going to be able to bake as much or maybe because its winter the weather sucks its cold one day and hot the next, Fresno.


This week is the last week of the 2010 year. It was good to me. My cupcake love grew, my support grew, and my encouragement grew. Now, to win big money and open my shop already! I can't wait to introduce my "New Years Eve" cupcake. I wanna be in SF New Years Eve, but we'll see what happens.

pizza + cupcakes + ideas = Lets get WEIRD.

In the kitchen I am alone and I create the most random things, sometimes, they are not introduced to this blog other times I have no time and forget my creations (because I don't write it down), the method in my kitchen is SWAG (Simply a Wild Ass Guess) and the outcomes? almost always good.

I introduce you pizza cupcakes made by yours truly and recommended many many times by @GabeYouth founder of Stolen Youth which you should probably look into to keep up your swag. Nope its not a cake with butter cream that represents vegetables and cheese and all that its actual pizza toppings cupcake form, with cake.I love pizza. I am part of the hashtag crew #pizzalife on twitter. My friends know I love pizza, my family knows that I can eat pizza everyday. Other than baking goodies I'm in the kitchen I am probably eating or making homemade pizza. Anyways, as for these pizza cupcakes? I think they came out pretty damn good. I really did use an actual cake batter to create these things, actual pizza sauce, some secret ingredients, and the swag method. haha.

The Cake or 'crust'; cake with some fresh and dried herbs, some sauce, and cornmeal for the base.
The toppings; pizza sauce, cheese, cream cheese, spices, herbs, tomatoes and onions.
The outcome; SWEET.


Its like one is being tested. You eat this cupcake and you think "this isn't a fucking cupcake!" but it is, the "crust" is cake its in a cupcake liner. Not saying that EVERYTHING that fits in a cupcake liner is automatically a cupcake, but if you have cake in it doesn't that count? I think so. The funny thing is they still have a sweet taste to them too and that doesn't even interfere with the savory part.

Anyways, as for an introduction I think I gave it my best. Pizza lovers unite. This is a wild deal. And your taste buds are already going crazy over these pictures huh?

National Cupcake Day/Fear The Beard (12/15/2010)

there are many days that are not important to me. Like these holidays, but there are days I do enjoy. Like today is National Cupcake Day, in honor of that. I decided to bake cupcakes, sell them at show price ($0.50) and have people pick them up. Success? kind of. I think people were afraid to come over? but those who did received cupcakes and were extremely stoked. I mean who doesn't like a 50 cent cupcake..vegan cupcake? I have no idea. Anyways, Other than cupcake day. I have three finals left and school is over. Will I move to the bay area or will I stay in Fresno? I don't know. But whatever happens I'm not excited about it.

Alright, so I was worried I haven't even mentioned FEAR THE BEARD at all on this blog. WTF is wrong with me? I have no idea. SF GIANTS are World Series Champions. My life is almost complete (why almost?) I have 1) yet to see this trophy up close and personal 2) I haven't opened up my shop. 3) I have yet to meet and hang out with Willy ( Brian Wilson one of my favorite Giants, aside from, Torres) Anyways, many may know him as Brian Wilson, saver for the the SF Giants I know him as the best man alive. This dude has an extremely awesome personality and if I was trapped on an island I would definitely want him to be there with me. And I don't even know him, but from what I see in interviews and all that stuff he is amazing. Anyways, during the 2010 season SF Giants developed a whole lot of sweet and funny quotes, names, and just straight up fun with their fans and within their clubhouse. Some famous and most memorable names; Pat The Bat, Ross is Boss (SORRY DOC) which is Cody Ross spelled backwards, Huff Daddy (red thong), Bust da ball Posey, Pocket full of Poseys, "Can't spell busteR pOseY without spelling ROY (Rookie of the year), Andres the GIANT, UUUUUUUUUU-ribe, Panda, "Timmy for booty of the year" or better known as the FREAK, and the most famous and probably got the most glory was FEAR THE BEARD mainly because Wilson rocked it and Romo had his own going on, but really of the two the beard one feared the most had to be Wilson's.
So, we had a few parties going on during the playoffs and I decided to get creative and make some cupcakes with the 'SF Giants' theme.
I thought they were pretty rad looking.

HoliYAY specials.

Its been such a long time since I've updated this. I apologize to anyone who actually cares enough to read this.
Anyways, I can't believe I slack so much on this. I've been getting orders in like crazy and I am not complaining. The only thing keeping me from giving up on everything I had planned out for my future is getting orders, great feedback, and new customers. Which I have to say I enjoy all three. Well, lets get the bad news out of the way I haven't really had the chance to actually get in the kitchen and sit there ( well, I can't really sit in my kitchen, if you've been to my house you'd understand why) and think of what should I try out next or what flavors would be weird yet tasty. I did make a mango meyer lemon cake and it was okay, not the best combo. I think the mangoes I used were to bitter. :( I'll try again. And so new recipes are not here. yet. That doesn't mean I won't ever try. I will soon, just not now unless someone recommends something crazy. Like I still need to work on this 'jelly filled do n0t cupcake' (doughnut) and I might do that this Friday or maybe next week. Anyways, the point of this update is to introduce HoliYAY cupcakes!

Dia De Los Muertos... (Day Of the Dead)

As most of you know, whoever reads this or knows me personally, I am deeply in love with anything cupcakes, day of the dead, and pizza. When I got asked to do a theme cupcake order of day of the dead I thought HOLY SHITFUCKDICKMUTHERFUCKER YES! and told the person asking for the request that I would be more than happy to do it. I love this art. I am glad its part of my culture and a tradition that has been past down to me from my grandfather. And I will keep it alive until I die, even if I don't ever have kids, I will do what I can. Anyways, these looks pretty basic right? WRONG! These were soo time consuming and so much detail went into these I can't believe the price I sold them for. And to top it off they came out beautifully, but the picture taken doesn't really show how pretty they really are. I used some vanilla from mexico and the cake flavor is "churro" yeah, these bad boys are all around amazing. I'm not really authentic, I will admit I am really whitewashed and americanized, So I tried my best to give it a Mexican touch. So, yeah. Not much has been going on lately, well, I have been getting orders, but they are all repeats of what has already been post on this blog (Idon't mind at all!) but as soon as a new flavor comes along I'll post that bad boy right up! But enjoy my hard work...

Update: coconut cream, peppermint, & stuff

Two flavors for your eyes to admire and your mouth to water. I don't think I have introduced the peppermint cupcake on this blog yet...Well, I will blah blah about it today. So the holidays are in and candy canes, xmas music, and all that red, green, snowmen, and shit everywhere. But its not all that bad that means red velvet, peppermint, silknog, snickerdoodle, and pumpkin spice, apple spice, cupcakes are in season. YUM!


The next cupcake is a coconut cream cupcake.
These were made for California Love Fest and they were amazing. Chocolate cake filled with some whipped coconut cream and topped with fresh coconut and then toasted coconut on top of that. A-fucking-mazing? yes! I like coconut and chocolate and thought that this was a perfect combo.




Thats all I have and I don't feel like typing out anymore.
