Funfetti(vegan)

My vegan version of the funfetti cake turned into a cupcake. My favorite cupcake flavor and cupcake to make. I made these and a dozen of cookies n' cream for a show. I feel uber special when people remember my cupcakes from nearly a year ago. I was stoked when the one of the members of In Desperation told me that my cupcakes were awesome when he had one of them the last time they were in town. :] Totally made my night. Best believe. I think next time I make a dozen of these I will try to color the cake part a different crazy neon color, that would rule. I'll definitely post if it happens.
